Meals and snacks are prepared daily in our own kitchen from locally sourced ingredients.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are delivered by boat regularly from our neighbors, and prepared by our local expert cooks.

Breakfast

We usually offer eggs and toast with homemade butter and honey, fresh local fruit, and/or a porridge. Served from 7 to 9 AM local time.

Lunch or Snacks

​We expect that you may be out exploring many of the sights nearby, so lunch is from our snack bar only. Service available throughout the day until Cantina closes.

Dinner

​A hearty meal will recharge you after a day of soaking in the wonders of our jungle paradise. We usually offer a vegetarian casserole, lasagna, or fish and rice dish along with fresh local vegetables, soups and/or freshly baked bread. Served from 6 to 8 PM local time.
